Getting help
Beautify JSON is made by one person, so support is direct rather than a ticket queue. Describe what happened, what you expected instead, and which version of Beautify JSON and of your operating system you are on — that is almost always enough to identify the problem on the first reply.
Before you write in
- Check you are on the latest version — the App Store lists what changed in each one.
- If something looks wrong after an update, restarting the app is worth trying first.
- Nothing you send is required to include personal data. Please don't send card numbers, credentials or anything sensitive — they are never needed to diagnose a problem.

Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not here. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account you bought with.
