Terms of Use
Plain terms for a small utility. Using Beautify JSON means accepting them.

Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Beautify JSON on devices you own or control, on the terms Apple sets out in itsLicensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to this app and which these terms sit alongside rather than replace. Where the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
What you may not do
- Resell, rent or redistribute the app as your own product.
- Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution in the app.
- Use it to break the law, or to infringe someone else's rights.
Reverse engineering is restricted by Apple's agreement above, except where local law explicitly permits it regardless.
Your content stays yours
Anything you paste, type or open in the app remains entirely yours. No ownership, licence or other claim over it is asserted — and as thePrivacy Policy sets out, it never reaches anyone else in the first place.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a small utility written by one person, and it is not promised to be free of defects, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything that matters — do not rely on this app as the only place important data exists.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, there is no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost data, lost profit or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
Price and availability
Pricing, refunds and availability are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms, not here. Refund requests go to Apple. The app may be updated, changed or withdrawn from sale at any time.
Apple's role
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the revised terms.
